Is exercise better in the morning or evening?
Mornings.
Early to be early to rise is the best approach one should follow.
We end up only wasting time doing late nights. (Keep that for the week end)
Plan your sleep more than your work. If you have enough rest you will have focus in just about anything and more chances for you to excell.
When you get up early, you will have time for a workout, you will have the energy and you will be more regular.
Tip: Make a room for a 30 minute nap during the day.
