What is more harmful for us Sugar or Salt?
Sugar.
People who consume more sugar are at a greater risk of dying from Heart Attack.
Sugar causes inflammation of our arterial walls that can lead to heart disease and strokes.
Permitted amount in women is 50 grams and in men 70 grams per day.
Do not go over this.
Salt intake should be below 6 grams a day.
Avoid packed food - it has large quantity of salt as preservative.
Opt for capsule rather than tablets. (Tablets can have 1 gram of salt in them.)
And workout regularly. It is a natural way for your body to balance itself from irregularities.
